Marcia Costello is a Clinical Psychologist who has practised in WA, for many years in a range of roles within government, private practice and corporate settings. Marcia experience as a Clinical Psychologist, teacher and manager for psychological assessment and treatment. She is registered with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist and she is an approved Supervisor for APHRA.

The focus of her work is to meet with people and learn their story & why they are seeking help now, by understanding the strengths the person has to contribute to their own healing, with new insights. She specializes in the capacity to engage a wide range of people.

The core therapeutic modalities she uses include CBT, DBT. ACT, Attachment therapies and Narrative and psychodynamic approaches. In addition, Marcia uses mindfulness, metaphors and narrative therapies, for self-care. She has training and accreditation in couple and family therapy approaches.

Marcia is skilled in best practice treatment approaches for anxiety, depression, PND, character disorders and workers’ compensation and associated reports to meet professional and legal standards. She has an interest and skills in trauma treatment approaches which include: EMDR, Narrative Therapies and Somatic Therapies.

Rashna has clinical experience working with adults, adolescents and children with a range of complex and comorbid presentations, in urban, regional and remote areas of Australia. She aims to support individuals, families and communities in distress, towards greater long-term well-being and better life outcomes. Rashna utilises a client-centred approach, placing the individual at the centre of the therapy, and tailoring each session to suit the desires and needs of each client, based on their unique circumstances. She employs an evidence-based Psychodynamic therapeutic approach to empower clients to be the experts in their own lives, at times utilising other evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Trauma-Based Approaches.

Adults and Adolescents

Laura is a bilingual (Italian) Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working with adults and young people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and circumstances.

She is an eclectic and welcoming psychologist who uses different evidence-based therapeutic approaches to tailor the best support for the individuals who experience depression, trauma, anxieties, cultural shock, anger, bullying, grief and loss, Domestic Violence and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Laura provides assessment, clinical formulations and therapy for a range of psychological challenges using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, and Trauma Focussed CBT. Laura is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Circle of Security (CoS).

Laura has previously worked in multicultural settings, parenting support, child protection and complex trauma. She has extensive experience on trauma-informed, attachment- based psychological therapy to children parents, and carers.

Children, adolescence, Autism, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ people.

Remy (xe/fae) has a passion for working with youth, neurodiversity, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Remy supports xeir clients through a tailored person-centred approach to support them through anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria/identity, sexuality, bullying, self-esteem, sensory regulation, trauma, and other experiences. Xe also completes Autism assessments for people over 16, offering both NDIS and affirming reports.

Fae has experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Remy works with NDIS, LGBTQIA+ people, and neurodiverse folks, and has a history in education across primary and high school years. Remy understands the impact different environments and situations can have on an individual’s development and life journey.

Remy’s therapies are grounded in evidence-based best practice and research and make use of various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behaviour therapy, compassion focused therapy, person-centred therapy, mindfulness, and attachment focused therapy.

Kylie enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults and is experienced in the administration of psychometric assessments for Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual ability and learning difficulties in both children and adults.

Kylie is passionate about early intervention and believes that psychological assessment is critically important in informing diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Kylie takes a warm, empathetic and collaborative approach . She has a special interest in neurodiversity and conducts assessments in the most validating and neuro-affirming way.

It is important to Alison to create a space for people to feel heard. In addition, she is focussed on helping people move from where they are in their lives – lives that might feel lonely, empty, scary or overwhelming – towards where they want to be. She is friendly and actively engaged in every session. The kinds of challenges she is particularly helpful with are those associated with trauma – traumas ranging from isolated incidents, such as car accidents, to childhood, long-term abuse.

She is enthusiastic about offering support to parents of children with behaviour challenges (including those associated with Autism). She has a keen interest in couples therapy, perinatal interventions, anxiety and depression presentations, grief and OCD. She has worked in psychology for seven years, the last five years of which have been as a private practitioner.

Previous to that she worked exclusively with children for four years, as a behaviour therapist. She has experience working with referrals from doctors, the Insurance Commission of WA, NDIS, private health insurers and more.
