PHC Response to COVID-19

Psychological Health Care is responding to the COVID-19 situation using best practices as guided by the Health Department and we are asking all of our visitors to support us in our efforts to minimise the risk of contamination or spread of  COVID-19.

If you have a booking with us, please call us if you answer yes to any of these red flag questions:

  1. Have you been in direct contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case?
  2. Have you travelled out of the metro area or overseas?
  3. If you have a respiratory illness (cough/flu), had you been overseas before the illness started?

Telehealth Service Option

Update 20 April 2020: Psychological Health Care remains open with business as usual. Telehealth services are  still available, however full fees and usual health fund rebates apply.

These are indeed unknown times, and whilst we cannot predict the full impact of the COVID-19 situation, or for how long the difficulties will continue, we assure you that “the show must (and will!) go on” as best we can at PHC, and we look forward to assisting you in maintaining the best possible self you can be.
